Rockinrole is a job posting and application platform that connects IT companies with professionals across engineering, design, product, and management roles. Our goal is to make hiring and job seeking simpler, faster, and more transparent.The "Website" refers to Rockinrole's website (including without limitation www.rockinrole.com , app.rockinrole.com, and any successor URLs, mobile or localized versions, and related domains and subdomains), and the "Services" refer to Rockinrole's products, applications, and services, in whatever format they may be offered now or in the future.Rockinrole's initial target market is Armenia, and we are committed to complying with both local Armenian data protection laws and applicable international privacy standards. As you use the Services, we collect and process information to provide you with access, improve your experience, and communicate effectively with you.
2. Applicability of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Rockinrole Portal and to other interactions (such as customer service inquiries) you may have with us. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Services.Employers and recruiters using Rockinrole may have their own terms and data processing practices. If you are a job seeker applying to a specific company, please contact that employer directly for details on how they manage your data.
3. Personal Data We Collect
Account Registration Data That You Provide To Us
When you register for a Rockinrole account as a job seeker or employer, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and password. You may optionally add details like your company name, position, profile photo, and CV/resume.If you register using third-party credentials (e.g., Google), your name and email address are shared with us as permitted by your profile settings.We also collect information you submit to our support team, such as messages, contact information, and attachments you provide while resolving issues.
Payment and Billing Data
When you purchase paid features on Rockinrole—such as Featured Job Listing plans—we collect billing-related information necessary to process your transaction. This may include your name, billing address, email address, and payment method details.Payment card information (e.g., card number, expiration date, and CVV) is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Rockinrole does not store your full payment card details on its servers. We may retain transaction records, including the plan purchased, the amount paid, the date of the transaction, and a truncated reference to your payment method, for accounting, support, and legal compliance purposes.
Automatically Collected Data
When you use our Services, we automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device information.
Data from Other Services
You LinkEmployers may integrate their Rockinrole accounts with third-party tools (e.g., email or HR systems). We only access the information necessary to support that integration.

- To Process Payments: We use your billing and payment information to complete transactions for paid Services, issue receipts or confirmations, and manage subscription or plan-related inquiries.
- To Communicate With You: We send transactional messages (e.g., purchase confirmations, plan expiration notices, updates, and notifications) and respond to support inquiries.
- To Improve Our Services: We analyze usage data, transaction data, and feedback to enhance features, usability, and performance.
- To Market and Promote Our Services: We may send you updates about new features, paid plans, or job opportunities. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Between Employers and Applicants: When you apply for a job, your application and attached CV are shared directly with the employer who posted the job.

In Corporate Transactions: If Rockinrole undergoes a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

6. Paid Services — Featured Job Listings
Rockinrole offers employers theability to purchase Featured Job Listing plans to increase the visibility oftheir job postings on the platform. Available plans, pricing, and durations aredescribed on the Rockinrole Website and may be updated from time to time.Rockinrole reserves the right tomodify plan pricing, introduce new plans, or discontinue existing plans at anytime. Any changes to pricing will not affect plans that have already beenpurchased and are currently active.Featured placement does notguarantee a specific number of views, clicks, or applications. The duration ofa Featured Job Listing begins at the time of purchase and cannot be paused orextended.By purchasing a Featured JobListing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorizeRockinrole (through its payment processor) to charge the applicable fee to yourselected payment method.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as longas necessary to provide our Services or as required by law. Job applicationsand employer listings may remain available for reference or audit purposes evenafter an account is deactivated.Payment and transaction recordsare retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, andfinancial regulations, even if your account is deactivated or deleted.
8. Users in Armenia and the European Union (EU)
Rockinrole operates inaccordance with Armenian data protection laws and, for users within the EU/EEA,complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).If you are located in Armenia,you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data inaccordance with local regulations (e.g., the Law of the Republic of Armenia “OnPersonal Data Protection”).If you are located in theEU/EEA, you also have the right to data portability, to restrict processing,and to lodge complaints with your national data protection authority.Requests regarding your data canbe sent to privacy@rockinrole.com.

11. Refunds and Cancellations for Paid Services
All purchases of Featured JobListing plans are final. Because the featured placement begins immediately uponpurchase, refunds are generally not available. However, Rockinrole may, at itssole discretion, issue a refund or credit in cases where a technical errorprevented the featured listing from being displayed as intended.If you believe you are entitledto a refund, please contact us at support@rockinrole.com with your transactiondetails. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
12. Modifications
We may update this PrivacyPolicy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.Updates will be posted on this page, and in cases of major revisions, we maynotify you by email or via the platform. Continued use of the Services afterupdates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
